At Spirit Tea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your tea or accessories, we offer returns on unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and within the 30-day return window from the date of receipt.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar protective container, clearly marking your RMA number on the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service; once inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
